Sohimi Germany customer service is open Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Saturday to Sunday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Please note that we are not open on the following German holidays: New Year's Day, Easter, National Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas. On Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve we close at 6 p.m.
