About Products
If you cannot use the vibrator due to dryness in your body, you can use a water-based lubricant, but avoid silicone-based lubricants as they can damage the vibrator. We recommend that you use condoms when using lubricant to prevent the lubricant from getting inside the device. Do not use this toy on diseased or irritated skin. People with sensitive or allergic skin should only use toys with a condom for their own protection.

In general, we recommend washing the product with warm water and soap, then the smell usually disappears. Please make sure that no water gets inside the electrical device during the cleaning process. If the product still smells, please leave it in an airy place for a few days. For sensitive customers, we recommend items made of silicone or the silicone-like materials TPR & TPE.

Before being included in our range, all Sohimi items are extensively checked against a special catalogue of requirements that was developed specifically for erotic toys in accordance with the EU Toy Directive. To avoid unnecessary embarrassment, Sohimi packages the goods confidentially, without any suspicious labels or writing.
If the total amount of your order exceeds 99 euros, you do not need to pay shipping costs, otherwise you will have to pay up to 7 euros shipping costs, but unfortunately this rule only applies within Germany. Shipping costs to other countries or regions are calculated depending on the distance.
We deliver your package easily and reliably to any address in our delivery area. Shipping is mainly carried out by DHL. In some cases it is sent to you by DPD, UPS or a freight company.
About the guarantee
For six months after you receive the product, we will solve any quality problems with the product for you free of charge, as long as these problems are not caused by humans.
If the products do not work properly or have other problems with the quality of the products, you can always contact us by email with pictures and videos and we will take care of it immediately.
Cancellations and returns
To ensure a quick and smooth shipping process, every order is immediately forwarded to shipping preparation and, in the next step, is packaged ready for shipping. Once you have received your order confirmation, cancellation is unfortunately no longer possible.
A special exception are orders with the payment method "prepayment" if you have not yet made a transfer. In this case, the order will not be processed further if the payment has not been received.
If you receive the product and find that there is a quality problem or the product does not work properly, please contact us immediately and send us the relevant pictures or videos and we will send you a new product immediately.
We accept returns of products. Customers have the right to request a return within 30 days of delivery of the goods.
The condition for a return is that the item is unused and in the same condition as the packaging you received it in and that the product is in its original packaging. For returns we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact our customer service to ensure that your package is sent to the correct address.
You will receive your refund within 30 days and the money will be transferred back to your payment account in the same way.
